Manchester United youngster Alejandro Garnacho has revealed how he has been spending part of his international break.
Alejandro Garnacho was not called up to the Argentina squad for these latest international fixtures, and perhaps his side could have used him, losing 2-0 to a Facundo Pellistri inspired Uruguay.
Garnacho has had a little more down-time, and via Instagram Stories, he has shared how he has spent some of this… playing EA Sports FC 24.
And this has led to an amusing exchange with Manchester United teammate Pellistri.

Alejandro Garnacho shared a screenshot of his team from the game’s Ultimate Team mode, which features a mix of players past and present… including himself.
This is not necessarily Garnacho’s ‘dream team’, simply the best team he has so far been able to acquire on the game.

Facundo Pellistri responds to Garnacho
Manchester United teammate and pal Facundo Pellistri had an amusing exchange with Garnacho after the winger shared his team on social media.
Pellistri wrote on X, “and he still can’t win any games.”
Garnacho responded to say: “Still 3-0 in games against you. Stop spending money it won’t make you good.”
Pellistri wrote in response: “He is lying.”
The exchange shows the camaraderie between the pair, who are currently on opposite sides of the globe, with Pellistri preparing for an international match with Brazil.
Who knows, we might see a streamed FC24 showdown between the pair to settle their debate at some point.
