Alejandro Garnacho has offered an exciting fitness update as he bids to recover from an ankle injury.
Garnacho posted a picture wearing football boots on his Instagram Stories, stating it was the first time he had been able to wear them since suffering an injury.

Alejandro Garnacho pushes to recover
Alejandro Garnacho suffered an ankle injury in Manchester United’s 0-0 draw against Southampton in early March.
He was then ruled out until late in the season, with manager Erik ten Hag warning him to be ‘ready’ for the season’s final stages.
Garnacho had been called into the Argentina national squad for the March friendlies and was forced to pull out due to injury.
He is currently one of 11 Manchester United players out with injury. The good news is Garnacho is one of the players who has a chance to return this season, unlike international colleague Lisandro Martinez.
The timeframe for Garnacho’s return is still cloudy. He was not expected back until May, but this injury update offers a little hope it could be sooner.
We wouldn’t expect him to return before the FA Cup semi-final, but this certainly looks like good news in his recovery journey.
