His form at club level for United, led Alejandro Garnacho to his first international caps during the most recent international fixtures. He now has two caps for the world champions.
The wonderkid turns 19-years-old today and so it is the perfect time to look back at his five best moments for United so far.
Garnacho’s top five moments for Manchester United
5. Scoring his first United goal
Garnacho scored his first United goal against Real Sociedad in the Europa League group stage. The teenager controlled Cristiano Ronaldo’s pass before dribbling forward and firing the ball past the Sociedad keeper.

4. Comeback goal against Wolves
Through his season, Garnacho picked up an injury which kept him out for two months. However he made his return against Wolves and immediately found himself back on the scoresheet.
As he replaced Jadon Sancho, the Old Trafford crowd were clearly anticipating his return. It took just eight minutes for him to score.

Getting on the end of Bruno Fernandes’ through-ball, he took his time before cooly finishing past the Wolves keeper.
His instant impact prompted Erik ten Hag to label him ‘a huge talent’.
3. Two assists from the bench against Aston Villa
Garnacho absolutely changed the game during United’s Carabao Cup third round win over Aston Villa. Stepping onto the pitch at 2-1 down, his entrance was the catalyst for a comeback.
He first provided Fernandes with an assist to put the Reds 3-2 ahead, but the pick of the bunch was his second assist.
Placing a stunning cross from deep right into Scott McTominay’s path for the Scottish international to score the fourth making it 4-2.
2. Garnacho’s role in Manchester derby win
In his first Manchester derby, Garnacho played a huge part in helping the Red Devils to victory. Coming off the bench with 18 minutes to go the Argentine expertly teed up Marcus Rashford to score the winner in the 82nd minute.
Beating Nathan Ake with a quick turn, he sent a low cross into the box for the Englishman to convert making it 2-0.
Following the match Garnacho received praise from United legend Paul Scholes who described the winger as “dangerous” and applauded his “massive influence”.
1. Scoring the late winner against Fulham
Garnacho’s first Premier League goal came against Fulham, at the most opportune time possible. Scoring in the 93rd minute to secure a dramatic last minute win for United just before the World Cup break.
The goal saw Garnacho exchange passes with Christian Eriksen, who slotted the youngster through. Garnacho then using his pace and strength got to the ball ahead of the Fulham defenders, before cooly with his weak foot slotted the ball past Bernard Leno.
A memorable first Premier League goal for the young United gem.
