Manchester United take on Ipswich Town in the Premier League, in a match where we may finally see Tyrell Malacia make his Red Devils return.
The talk of the town is obviously Ruben Amorim, who is set to take charge of Manchester United for the first time against The Tractor Boys.
Amorim will surely play a strong side vs Ipswich, and the United players will be looking to impress – with places up for grabs in an all-new system under the Portuguese coach.
One of these players is Tyrell Malacia, who of course has been out for some time. Malacia has had injuries galore but looks set to finally make a return to the United squad under the new manager.

Malacia took to both Instagram and Twitter to share a match infographic, which has many certain he’ll finally once again be in the matchday squad.
Time will tell, but with just hours till kick-off, all will be revealed.
This is the first time he’s shared anything even remotely matchday-related since May 28th, 2023.
Malacia will likely start on the bench, having been out for almost two years, but it’ll be great to see him in and among things once again.
When did Tyrell Malacia last play for Manchester United?
Malacia recently featured for United Under-21s, but when was his last appearance for the United first-team squad?
Well, Malacia’s last appearance for United was on the 28th of May 2023. He started in a 2-1 win on the final day of the season against Fulham, with Bruno Fernandes and Jadon Sancho bagging the goals.
Malacia’s last match for anyone before his disappearance was for the Netherlands against Croatia in the Nations League, taking place on the 14th of June 2023.
