Newcastle failed to effectively clear a Manchester United corner and Dorgu superbly positioned himself under the ball before smashing home a first-time strike.
Speaking on Sky Sports, Roy Keane admitted that United wing-back Dorgu produced a “fantastic” moment for the Red Devils with his “special” finish in the first half.

“We have seen a big win for Man Utd,” he said.
“To come out and win an ugly game, specifically from a defensive point of view, keeping that clean sheet. There has to be pride in your defending.
“The goal was fantastic, a special goal. But if you want to make progress, it has got to be about being defensively solid.
“It is a start in terms of momentum for the younger players, but you have to find something.”

United have now climbed to fifth place in the Premier League table and the Red Devils are level on points with fourth-place Chelsea after Friday evening’s result.
Red Devils legend Keane has now insisted that United manager Ruben Amorim must see his men build momentum going into their final Premier League match of 2025.
“Digging out results. The teams I played in, we didn’t play well every week, but we dug in,” he continued.
“They have to kick on now.”
United will host Wolves on Tuesday evening at Old Trafford for their next Premier League clash, with kick-off slated for 8:15pm UK time.
