Facing Dean Henderson again

Former Manchester United academy goalkeeper Dean Henderson has established himself as a top Premier League goalkeeper at Crystal Palace.

Henderson made 29 appearances for Manchester United before being sold in 2022. He has gone on to win the FA Cup with Palace.

And in matches against Manchester United so far, Dean Henderson has never conceded a goal. It’s quite remarkable, and a streak we hope to stop!

Ahead of Man Utd vs Palace, is Dean Henderson showing Man Utd were wrong to let him go?

Manchester United fan confidence on the wane

Now with only two points gained from the last three Premier League matches, United have slipped down to 10th place.

Manchester United’s terrible record away at Palace

Manchester United have not won away at Crystal Palace since the lockdown in 2020.

United have drawn two and lost three, and there’s no escaping the worst of the bunch, where Palace thrashed Erik ten Hag’s side 4-0, in a game that almost led to his sacking.

Ruben Amorim will be playing his first game away at Palace. Can it be first time lucky?

Striker dilemma

Joshua Zirkzee’s performance for Manchester United against Everton provided more questions than answers.

Ruben Amorim has to decide whether to stick with the disappointing Dutchman, who did improve as the game went on.

He might have Matheus Cunha back from injury as an additional option, but what about mixing it up, with young talent Chido Obi?

Could it be time to call up the teenager for his first ever Premier League start?

It really was the stuff of nightmares, with Casemiro lining up at centre-back alongside Jonny Evans.
