Manchester United took on La Liga side Cadiz in a friendly match in Spain earlier tonight, losing 4-2.
United made 10 changes at half-time, with many youngsters getting a taste of first team action, holding their own against a far more experienced side.
Here is a look at our player ratings from the fixture…
Martin Dubravka: Conceded from his first two shots faced, shaky in the air in second half – 4
Aaron Wan-Bissaka: Didn’t look on top of his game at all. He was outpaced for Cadiz’s second goal – 4
Teden Mengi: Good for Mengi to get game time after injury. Will reflect he could have marked better for the opener – 6
Victor Lindelof: Failed to take command of the set piece for Cadiz’s first goal and all at sea for the second – 5
Brandon Williams: Gave away the free-kick for Cadiz’s opening goal, didn’t show enough going forward – 5

Donny van de Beek: Busy without being terribly effective. Didn’t do enough to change the trajectory of his United career – 6
Zidane Iqbal: Comfortable in possession in his own half or the final third. His strong running and interplay with Martial earned a penalty – 7
Scott McTominay: Good in the air defensively. He is capable of more and should have shown it – 6
Anthony Elanga: Showed no sign of breaking his goal drought – 5
Alejandro Garnacho: A danger when in possession, always looking to run with the ball, lacking in end product – 6
Anthony Martial: Showed early intent with a long-range shot on target. Willing to drop deep and get on the ball. Scored his penalty with a lovely chipped spot-kick – 7
Substitutes:
Marc Jurado: Defended well, sharp and alert. Stood up when one on one and held his own. Assist for Mainoo’s goal – 7
Tyler Fredricson: Excellent performance and calm in the penalty box and comfortable making challenges – 7
Dishon Bernard: Took responsibility with a clearance rather than leaving it to Dubravka. Made an important interception to prevent a counter-attack, but his errant pass contributed to Cadiz’s fourth – 6
Sam Murray: Not much defending to do down his side. Willing to get forward and press, could have been more effective in possession – 6
Charlie Savage: Savage contributed well going forward. Struggled to control Bernard’s poor pass leading to the fourth goal. Responded well afterwards. – 6
Kobbie Mainoo: Showed confidence taking an early shot minutes after coming on and deserved his goal. Even with a deflection, he made his luck – 7
Isak Hansen-Aaroen: Similar to Van de Beek in the first half he worked hard on and off the ball without having a big impact – 6
Noam Emeran: Looked desperate to impress, lacked patience in possession although did settle as the game went on – 5
Shola Shoretire: Came alive in the final third but could not find the decisive pass – 5
Charlie McNeill: Struggled without service, had no chances to score and looked frustrated – 5
