Manchester United fans have voted for the man of the match against Sevilla after a disappointing draw.
Manchester United started fast out of the blocks, putting the ball in the net after 30 seconds. Jadon Sancho’s goal was ruled out for offside.
It wasn’t long before the goal came, with Marcel Sabitzer netting, and then doubling the lead on 20 minutes.
The expected deluge of more goals never came. United ended up having to settle for a 2-2 draw after a late collapse.

Manchester United supporters voted for the man of the match via the club website and the app. There was an overwhelming winner.

Marcel Sabitzer was the clear winner, with more than 10 times the vote of his nearest teammate.
His big performance is worthy of praise. He seemed to have found a spot playing a more advanced role, which he was able to do with Casemiro behind him.
We have waited a while to see them in action together. For 80 minutes it was great. United will be in for a tough challenge in Seville, without Bruno Fernandes, who will be suspended.
Sabitzer could have another crucial role to play in Spain. If he contributes like he did in the first leg, we might just be alright.
