Manchester United supporters voted for the team’s man of the match for the preseason opener against Leeds.
Manchester United scored a second half double to defeat their bitter rivals in Oslo, kick starting an important preseason.
Noam Emeran and Joe Hugill scored the goals in the second half, in what was both youngster’s first goals for the club.
The game left many enthusiastic about the future of multiple prospects coming through the ranks.

Manchester United supporters voted via the club website and app for their man of the match in the victory over Leeds.
Noam Emeran was named as the winner with supporters clearly impressed by his goal and assist.
All others had less than 5 per cent.
Emeran took his goal expertly slotting home a cool finish past the goalkeeper to capitalise on Isak Hansen-Aarøen’s wonderful assist, with the Leeds keeper standing no chance.
He also then provided a wonderfully timed pass behind the defence for Joe Hugill to finish off, making it 2-0 to United.

What next for United?
Now Erik ten Hag’s side will head back to Carrington for another week of training, they will also be joined by the international players on Saturday ahead of next Wednesday’s game in Edinburgh against Lyon.
Ten Hag has already suggested many of the players who are yet to return likely won’t feature next week, giving the talents showcased today another opportunity to prove themselves worthy of a first-team position.
Kobbie Mainoo, Emeran, Hannibal Mejbri and Amad Diallo will all be keen to show the boss why they deserve to be in the conversation to be a regular feature in his side next season.
