Despite Unai Emery’s Aston Villa excelling over the past year and a half, Ten Hag’s record against the Midlands club is actually impressive.

United beat Villa 2-1 at Villa Park last season with Scott McTominay scoring a decisive header and also beat the Villains 3-2 at Old Trafford.
