Manchester United failed to make it ten straight wins across all competitions following a 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.
Bruno Fernandes’ clinical finish in the first half gave the Reds the lead, but Michael Olise’s stunning free-kick in injury time rescued a point for the hosts.
Here are five things we learned from Manchester United’s draw against Patrick Vieira’s Crystal Palace.
Antony and Bruno Fernandes make amends after disagreement
In the first half of the clash against the Eagles, the Brazilian and United’s number eight were seen gesturing and murmuring towards one and other.
By the time Antony decided to attempt his pass to United’s captain on the night, Fernandes had strayed into an offside position and therefore made no attempt to run onto the former Ajax man’s ball.
The disagreement between the two was evident, but it was United’s number 21 who looked the more irate out of the attacking duo.
But following Fernandes’ goal, the pair hugged one and other and had seemingly put aside their earlier differences.
De Gea makes crucial saves
Three minutes prior to United taking the lead, United’s number one produced a crucial save to deny Odsonne Edouard with the Spaniard pushing the former Celtic man’s deflected effort onto the bar.
In the second half with United looking to hold on to the three points, De Gea pushed Marc Guehi’s header from a corner to safety.
De Gea was denied his ninth Premier League clean sheet of the season following Olise’s free-kick.
Casemiro suspended for Arsenal game

Erik ten Hag opted to start the former Real Madrid man despite the 30-year-old being a booking away from missing Sunday’s crunch clash against Arsenal.
The gamble looked to have paid off before United’s number 18 hauled down former Red Devil Wilfried Zaha in the 80th minute and was handed a yellow card as a result.
The disappointment was written on Casemiro, Fernandes and Ten Hag’s face, and United will head to The Emirates on Sunday without the five-time Champions League winner.
Bruno Fernandes ends Palace hoodoo
Prior to tonight’s clash, the former Sporting Lisbon captain had not registered a goal or an assist in five meetings against the Eagles.
But it proved to be sixth time lucky for United’s magnifico with him clinically dispatching the ball into the top corner following a cutback from Christian Eriksen.
Eriksen’s assist was the fourth consecutive game at Selhurst Park that the Dane had been directly involved in a goal.
Wout Weghorst makes debut
With Anthony Martial not forming part of the squad, Ten Hag handed Weghorst his debut from the start against the Londoners.
United’s number 27 lasted 69 minutes before being replaced by Scott McTominay.
The 30-year-old showed some neat touches and had a looping header which landed on the top of Palace’s goal following a Luke Shaw cross.
