Erik ten Hag was asked about Marcus Rashford after he scored once again in Manchester United’s 3-1 win over Everton.
Rashford helped United get off to a flying start when he laid on Antony’s goal as he opened the scoring within just four minutes of his return to the team.
United went in at half-time with the score at 1-1, but Rashford was key to getting the momentum back in the second half.
He turned Seamus Coleman inside out as United made it 2-1 when Conor Coady, who scored Everton’s equaliser, put through his own net.

Then in stoppage time, he was handed the opportunity to get the goal his overall display deserved when substitute Alejandro Garnacho was brought down in the box by Ben Godfrey.
ITV Sport asked Ten Hag about Rashford after the game and the Dutchman was full of praise and urged the forward to keep it going.
Ten Hag praises Rashford after Everton performance
He said: “It’s a question I have had a couple of times but he is in good form and in a good run, so keep that going.
“It is about keeping that focus, that concentration, that good work. If he keeps investing in training and games, I’m sure, convinced, he can keep going on this run.”
Rashford has scored in every game since the World Cup and he was England’s joint top scorer at that tournament in Qatar.
He was dropped to the bench against Wolves for being late to a team meeting but came off the bench at half-time to score the winner and that situation is squashed now.
United have Manchester City and Arsenal in their next two Premier League games and if Rashford can be decisive in those matches, Ten Hag will be absolutely delighted.
