Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has named his team for today’s clash against Watford.
Starting XI: De Gea, Wan-Bissaka, Maguire, Lindelof, Shaw, McTominay, Matic, Sancho, Fernandes, Rashford, Ronaldo.
Substitutes: Heaton, Dalot, Bailly, Telles, Fred, van de Beek, Lingard, Mata, Martial.
The big news is that Solskjaer has moved away from the three-man backline he used to try and steady the ship in recent weeks.
Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford start on the wings, and the latter was an injury doubt after pulling out of England duty.
Luke Shaw also did not play during the international break but is in the side from the start here.
You can see how the team compares to our predicted lineup here.
Make no mistake, this is a huge game for United and Solskjaer and it is imperative he gets his selection right.
Dean Henderson is also not on the bench, with Tom Heaton taking his place so it will be interesting to see if Solskjaer explains that pre-match.
Mason Greenwood is also not involved and Solskjaer said before the game that the Englishman has tested positive for Covid.
