The big news is Facundo Pellistri is in the team for a deserved first start after some impressive cameos with Antony ruled out.

Harry Maguire has been recalled to the team, as Raphael Varane has been handed another rest as his fitness continues to be monitored carefully.

Luke Shaw also drops to the bench on a day when both he and Maguire have been called into the first England squad of 2023.

Tyrell Malacia has been called into the team, while Victor Lindelof and Marcel Sabitzer are on the bench as well having recovered from injury.

Casemiro starts this game, despite being one yellow card away from a suspension in European competition to go with his four-game domestic absence.

Bruno Fernandes is also out there, but the armband goes back to Maguire on a night when United do not need to win to secure progress to the quarter-finals.
