It is a second-string side, with the majority of United’s probable starting XI to face Wolves next Monday starting yesterday against RC Lens, but there’s still undeniable quality coursing through the team.
It’s a really good mix of experience and youth. The back-line looks solid, with Maguire and Lindelof knowing just what it’s like to play in big games – they’ll be much needed.
