Who is Marc Jurado?
Marc Jurado is a professional footballer who plays for Manchester United.
Jurado currently features for the academy and has captained the team at under-18s and under-21s level.
He featured in the winter friendlies in Spain and is moving closer to Erik ten Hag‘s first-team squad.
Following the injuries to Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia, Jurado was named on the Manchester United bench for the first time on 16 April, ahead of the Premier League match against Nottingham Forest. He, unfortunately, did not make his debut.
Jurado helped Manchester United to win the FA Youth Cup in 2022, starting every game on the way to lifting silverware.

Where and when was Marc Jurado born?
Jurado was born in Sabadell, Catalonia, Spain on the 13th of April 2004. His nationality is therefore Spanish.
Jurado started his career at the age of four, with his local side Can Rull. He was noticed by a Barcelona scout for his goal-scoring ability.
He spent nine years with the Catalan side, when in September 2020 he made the move to Manchester.
What position does Marc Jurado play?
Marc Jurado predominantly plays as a right-back.
However – saying this, he is also capable of playing left-back due to his competence with both feet. Something excellent for a right-back in this modern era of football, and he has also filled in at central midfield in United’s academy.
