Noah Ajayi has been in sensational form in the academy and he has played himself into being on the brink of a first-team breakthrough.

According to The Athletic, Ajayi has been studying and admiring three world-class footballers as he progresses through United’s academy.
The players he admires are Bayern Munich’s Jamal Musiala, Real Madrid’s Kylian Mbappe and United legend Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ajayi has impressed as a left winger this season, and clearly he is learning from world-class stars to improve his game.
The report adds that watching the trio in action has been part of Ajayi’s football education.
Ajayi is already following Musiala’s footsteps after being called up by Germany’s Under-18s. Hopefully, he can follow in Ronaldo’s footsteps by becoming a superstar at Old Trafford.

Ajayi’s biggest game of his career so far will come on Thursday when he faces City in the FA Youth Cup final.
