Noam Emeran helped Manchester United’s Under 21 side beat their Blackburn Rovers counterparts 2-1 last night.
Omari Forson got the other goal as United secured a victory in Premier League 2, Division 1 and currently sit eighth in the table.
The result continues a strong run of form for the Red Devils Under 21s, who have five wins from five games to kick off 2023.

Emeran helps United beat Blackburn
The starting XI for the game was: Bishop, Jurado, Aljofree, Hardley, Murray, Gore, Iqbal, Forson, Hansen, Emeran, Hugill
The subs were: Mee, Jackson, Collyer, Huddlestone, Mejia.
After scoring the second goal of the game, which proved to be crucial, Emeran took to Instagram to send a message to the fans.
It read: “No caption needed, let’s keep going boyz [sic]. 5/5. All glory to God.”
Zidane Iqbal produced an outstaning through ball over the top of the visiting defence to help Forson open the scoring midway through the first half.
Emeran made it 2-0 just before the interval and United had to see the game out in the last 20 minutes after Blackburn’s Ben Fyles halved our lead.
But 20-year-old Emeran helped keep United’s good run going and next up is a clash with Everton on 11 February, where a win would see us leapdrog our opponents in the table.
