Manchester United have seen several young talents return from injury lately, and now Bassirou Nkoto is the newest returnee, having been spotted back training.
The 15-year-old has missed this season entirely through injury, but Manchester United will now eagerly anticipate his return.
This follows Jim Thwaites’ magnificent return for United in which he dominated in the derby and scored a magic free-kick goal.
Amir Ibragimov is also nearing injury comeback. Now, Bassirou Nkoto can be added to the list of players back in contention for the U18s.

Darren Fletcher will be thrilled with his growing midfield options at Carrington right now, with Bassirou Nkoto considered to be one of the most exciting in the country, and could now be ready to contribute to the U18s.
Bassirou’s twin brother Douka Nkoto has been great this season during his limited U18 chances.

On Tuesday, the youngster took to his Instagram story with a message to confirm his return from injury.
“Happy to be back”.
Bassirou accompanied this with a video clip of him back in what appeared to be U18s training, doing keep-ups on the sideline.
With his return, we might very quickly see Bassirou getting minutes under Fletcher with Thwaites and Ibragimov likely to step up into the U21s and potentially further.

Bassirou Nkoto can finally starting pushing his potential at Manchester United
Bassirou Nkoto has been out injured since the Super Cup NI last summer, which means he has been out for eight months, cruel timing as he was supposed to have a breakout year.
Last season, Bassirou has dominated the lower age groups, scoring and assisting with ease, which established him as one of the most exciting talents in his age group.
Now, his return from injury should see Fletcher trying to integrate him immediately and make up for lost time.
Bassirou could be a very special talent, so hopefully, he gets the chance to prove it higher up in the academy.
