It’s all happening at Manchester United on transfer deadline day. Fans feared no deals would be done, and then an injury to Christian Eriksen sparked the club into action.
A transfer appears imminent for Marcel Sabitzer, with The Telegraph reporting the Austrian is flying in to complete a move.
The Mail report United have enquired over Japan international Daichi Kamada, while reports in France are now linking Houssem Aouar.
French outlet Footmercato report United have been in contact with Lyon over a move for the midfielder.

Aouar linked to United
Aouar, 24, is out of contract at the end of the current season. Footmercato reported United were proposing a potential loan, offering to pay his wages until the end of the season.
It’s unclear whether Aouar is an alternative to Marcel Sabitzer, or is being considered as an additional option.
Aouar has one international cap for France, and has made nine appearances for Lyon this season, scoring once.
The attacking midfielder would give United a different option, but at present, an enquiry is as far as this one has gone.
With his contract set to expire, United could still decided to pursue Aouar in the summer on a free transfer if they wished.
Aouar came close to a move to Arsenal in 2020, while he was touted for a move to Manchester United by Le10Sport in 2021.
The most likely move is Marcel Sabitzer being the only player coming in. But as Footmercato report: “By midnight tonight, anything is possible…”
