Borussia Dortmund decide not to make a move for Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho, as they decide they have a wondered who is better.

This news comes a few days after The Sun reported that Dortmund had made a loan offer to Manchester United for Jadon Sancho.

The report added that the 20-time Premier League champions would consider a permanent transfer.

An asking price of around £55million is expected to be asked for, as United accept they may have to cut their losses on their once £73m signing.

The Daily Mail have reported that the Black and Yellow’s have opted against a move for Sancho. The report adds that this is in favour of giving their 17-year-old signing Julien Duranville the opportunity.

The Bundesliga outfit are confident that their Belgian prospect has the ability to make a splash next season.

Jadon Sancho’s time is running out

With Dortmund not interested anymore, Sancho is running out of options with Tottenham the only other side really linked to him.

However despite an inconsistent two seasons at Old Trafford, everyone knows he has the ability. Brazilian forward Neymar described Sancho as an “incredible player” as recently as last November.

Last season was Sancho’s best in a United shirt despite being absent for months. The 23-year-old scored six and provided three assists in 26 Premier League appearances. Not a bad return which works out as a goal or assist ever 188 minutes.

Sancho wasn’t signed for this though, he was signed for the 17 goal and 17 assist season he had in 2019-20. He has unfortunately never reached those heights though, despite showing glimpses at times.

The English winger is running out of time though, with United currently troubled with an abundance of wingers who are all more impactful than Sancho.

Alejandro Garnacho and Marcus Rashford are both above Sancho on the left, while Antony and possible Amad Diallo on the right.
